Warranty

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by [Manufacturer Name], a company duly organized and existing under the laws of [Jurisdiction], ("Manufacturer"), to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the computer hardware ("Product") identified by the serial number [Serial Number] and purchased on [Date of Purchase].

Warranty Coverage:

Warranty Claims:

Exclusive Remedy:

The repair or replacement of the defective Product or components thereof, as provided under this Warranty, shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of Purchaser. In no event shall Purchaser be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of the purchase price.

Governing Law:

Severability:
